Donal 'The Doctor' Hughes reviews the Cobra L5V driver on a windy Golfbidder testing day at a sunny Killeen Castle. The Cobra L5V is a driver that gives with one hand and takes away with the other. If this review merely focussed on performance I would be telling you to go out and get one now. It looks good and the distance, ball flight and consistency were the best I have experienced. It has two flight bias settings - standard and draw-biased - and players are able to use the Cobra L5V's fitting torque wrench to switch between the two. Indeed, with the draw-biased setting, the L5V will surely be seen as a game saver for higher handicappers who struggle with a left-to-right shape off the tee.
